As stipulated in the terms of reference, the main objective of the consultancy is to offer optimal technical and cost-effective solutions towards the design and implementation of the ICDC Industrial Park in Eldoret. The proposed designs and implementation fall within the Government of Kenya’s Vision 2030 manufacturing sector goals and the need to promote SME parks and industrial clusters.
